“Lillian helped me learn about what mental health is and how it affects everyday life. In return, I have become more self aware. Over the years, I have worked through the healing process and now I am helping others do the same. I’m most grateful for what she taught me about mindful parenting; I wouldn’t be the mom I am today if it wasn’t for her.”
