“Coming into our first session, I was super nervous because I had never opened up to a stranger before, as far as my trauma goes. Hannah was super friendly, and professional. I told my mom afterwards how impressed I was with how easy she made it a judgement free environment, where I was comfortable just being myself, and as vulnerable as I needed to be. I couldn’t be more grateful for the tools I will carry with me for years to come. I was able to not just listen to her advice, but eventually understood how the advice/tools could benefit more than just one aspect of my life. Thank you, Hannah!”
